Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

1. Agreement Overview

By accessing or using Recargadoble's platform (operated by Recargadoble LLC, hereinafter 'Recargadoble', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Service Description

Recargadoble provides digital mobile airtime recharge services, data packages, and international calling solutions. Our platform facilitates instant delivery of telecommunications products to recipients worldwide through partnerships with authorized carriers and distributors.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Users under 18 may only use our services with parental or guardian supervision and consent.

4. Account Responsibilities and Authentication

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. By creating and using your account, you expressly authorize Recargadoble to send you OTP (One-Time Password) verification codes via SMS to your registered phone number and/or via email to your registered email address as part of your account authentication and security process. These messages are essential for service operation and cannot be disabled while you maintain an active account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious activity. To comply with applicable laws and to prevent fraud, we may require you to verify your identity before or after a transaction, including through third-party identity verification providers such as Stripe Identity, or through manual review of your identity documents in certain cases. We may delay, limit, or cancel transactions and suspend accounts until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Transaction Processing

All recharge transactions are final upon confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient phone numbers and selecting the correct carrier. Recargadoble is not liable for recharges sent to incorrect numbers or networks. Transaction fees, exchange rates, and pricing are displayed before purchase confirmation.

6. Recipient Notifications

When you place a top-up order, you authorize Recargadoble to send a one-time confirmation SMS to the recipient's phone number notifying them that they have received a top-up from www.recargadoble.com. The message is sent in the language of your account, is strictly transactional, and contains no advertising. You confirm that you are authorized to provide the recipient's phone number for this purpose. Delivery of this notification is not guaranteed and has no effect on the processing or completion of your top-up. Recargadoble may enable or disable this notification at any time.

7. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers complying with PCI-DSS standards. All transactions are subject to fraud prevention screening. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that fail security verification.

8. Taxes and Fees

Recargadoble sells international mobile top-ups, data packages, and calling credit that are delivered as account balance to mobile numbers on carriers located outside the United States (for example, Cubacel in Cuba or Movistar and Digitel in Venezuela). These are not United States prepaid wireless services and do not provide access to United States mobile networks or the United States 911 emergency system. Accordingly, United States telecommunications surcharges such as the E911 fee, the 988 fee, and state prepaid wireless surcharges do not generally apply to these international products. Where sales tax is due based on your billing location, it is calculated and shown separately at checkout before you confirm your purchase, and is collected and remitted to the relevant tax authority. Any service or processing fee charged by Recargadoble is part of our pricing and is not a government tax. The destination mobile carrier may apply its own taxes, fees, or currency conversion that can affect the final balance the recipient receives; the amount sent and the estimated amount received are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to you under the laws of your own jurisdiction that are not collected at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about your country and, for U.S. residents, state of residence, which we request when you make a purchase to determine any applicable taxes. You are solely liable for any tax assessment, penalty, or interest arising from inaccurate residence information you provide.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for failed deliveries where the service was not received by the intended recipient due to technical errors on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. User error, including incorrect recipient information, does not qualify for refunds. Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, Recargadoble does not guarantee 24/7 availability. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by carrier issues, network outages, or force majeure events.

11. Prohibited Uses

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, automated abuse, bulk commercial resale, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately and reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

12. Data Collection, Analytics, and Fraud Monitoring

By using our platform you acknowledge and consent that Recargadoble collects, stores, and analyzes data about your use of the service for two purposes: (a) business analytics — measuring traffic, conversion, product performance, pricing, and demand by country and carrier so we can operate and improve the service; and (b) security and fraud prevention — detecting suspicious, abusive, or unlawful activity such as stolen card use, chargeback fraud, account takeover, automated abuse, bulk resale, and money laundering. The data we process for these purposes includes: account and contact data (username, name, email address, phone number, verification status, account role, and language preference); transaction data (amounts, fees, taxes, currency, payment processor, payment reference, card brand, last four digits, and card expiration month and year — never the full card number, which is tokenized by our PCI-DSS certified processors); billing data (billing name, email, phone, postal code, and country, used for payment authorization and tax determination); recipient data (destination mobile number, carrier, and country); technical and device data (IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device identifier, browser and device fingerprint, user agent, operating system, screen and language settings, and cookie identifiers); usage and behavioral data (pages viewed, referral source, search and navigation activity, session duration, clicks, and conversion events, collected through our own logs and through third-party analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel, which may record session interactions); communications data (support messages, calls, and OTP delivery records); and, where required for verification, identity data (government-issued identification documents, a facial image or selfie, and date of birth). We may combine these data points, score them, and retain them for as long as necessary to meet our legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations, and we may share them with payment processors, carriers, fraud-prevention vendors, and law enforcement where legally required. We may automatically block, restrict, delay, or cancel transactions and suspend accounts based on the outcome of this monitoring. Our processing of personal data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Recargadoble may use artificial intelligence systems or automated tools to generate or assist in generating platform content, including descriptive text, promotional materials, and images, and to support operational and business decisions such as pricing, product availability, and risk or fraud assessment. This content goes through our standard quality-control process, but may occasionally contain inaccuracies inherent to these tools. The use of these technologies does not constitute misleading advertising or a guaranteed representation of specific outcomes; any information about products, pricing, or availability is always confirmed at the time of purchase, as described in Section 5. If you notice inaccurate information generated by these tools, please report it through our Help Center.

14. Security review and irreversibility of delivery

Some purchases undergo a security review before the top-up or digital product is delivered. In those cases the payment has already been charged but the product has not yet been sent to the operator, and we will show this in the status of your operation. If the review is approved, the top-up is processed normally. If it is rejected, the corresponding refund is issued at no cost to you. Once the top-up has been delivered to the destination operator, the operation cannot be reversed: telecommunications operators do not accept the return of credit already applied, which is why we ask you to carefully check the destination number, country, operator and product before confirming the payment. We may also apply daily limits on amount, number of operations and number of distinct destinations; exceeding them does not cancel your purchase, but it may leave delivery pending review.

15. Intellectual Property

The Recargadoble name, logo, branding, and original content are the exclusive property of Recargadoble LLC. Third-party logos, trademarks, and brand names displayed on our platform (including telecommunications carriers and payment providers) remain the property of their respective owners. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited.

16. Limitation of Liability

Recargadoble's total liability for any claims arising from service use shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where Recargadoble is registered. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

18. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days prior to implementation. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Recargadoble maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

20. Contact Information
