Most top-ups are delivered instantly. In rare cases it can take up to a few minutes depending on the carrier.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards; PayPal; Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices; USDT on Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20); USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20); and local payment methods depending on the country you pay from, which we are expanding. Can I cancel or refund a top-up?
Top-ups are usually final once sent. If there is an issue, contact support and we’ll review the case.
Do you charge fees?
A small service fee is added and always shown before you pay.
How do I choose the correct carrier?
We auto-detect the carrier from the number. If detection fails, you can pick it manually before selecting a product.
